Move the Original Casino Account to a New Device
A new phone changes device trust, biometrics, push tokens and sometimes the authenticator holding one-time codes. Prepare the original account and recovery evidence before wiping the old device. The goal is continuity, not a second registration with a disconnected balance.
Open the verified app on the current deviceInventory access before migration
Record the verified email, phone suffix, account ID, 2FA method, available recovery codes, balance and pending transaction IDs. Confirm that the email account and phone number can still receive recovery messages. Never copy passwords or one-time codes into an unencrypted note.
Transfer authentication first
Use the authenticator's supported transfer or the casino's authenticated 2FA change process. Keep the old device until a test login on the new phone succeeds. Biometrics usually unlock a device or app session; they do not replace the underlying account-recovery identity.
Install from the verified source
Re-check developer, package and version rather than copying an APK from the old device or a message. Sign in to the original profile and confirm legal name, currency, balance, limits and transaction history before depositing or playing.
Close the old session
Review active devices, revoke the retired phone and regenerate recovery codes if the service supports it. Preserve open withdrawal references. If a security hold appears, ask which device or identity check remains open rather than creating another account.

When should the old phone be erased?
